Individualized Training Programs –Includes initial in-person or phone session to understand athlete’s background, current fitness, strengths/weaknesses, goals, access to facilities, and available training time. Based on that information, a training plan with detailed workouts for each training day is created. Athletes provide feedback and program is tweaked as needed. In addition to workouts, the program includes weekly emails from coach with training tips and advice. Clients are welcome to email or phone their coach as much as needed. Athletes who want extra feedback can fill out an online log.  Your coach will check their log, respond weekly (or sooner if a concern is immediate), and use that feedback in planning future workouts. COST: $170/month for detailed personal triathlon, swim, run, or general fitness training program ($75 start up fee). Current clients receive discounts on any group training or clinics offered by Transition.


Private Swim, Bike, Run, or Brick Lessons - A chance for athletes to get feedback on technique and review drills most beneficial to them. Above and below water video optional for private swim lessons. COST: $75 for a one hour private lesson (swim, bike, or run).  Meeting times are flexible.
